How to Request a Refund through a Voucher

1. Check if your ticket is eligible for a voucher refund or not

If you have opted for a flexible ticket or your flight was canceled due to unexpected reasons then you can claim a refund through a voucher.

2. Get your voucher

Go to the booking management section and request a voucher there. The passenger receives their voucher on their registered email id within a few days.

3. Redeem your voucher for the journey of your choice

You do not have any date restrictions or destination restrictions. You can book flights for yourself or for your friends and family.
